Kasutamisjuhend

Mix 2x1 serving (2x12,5g, 2x1 scoop) of Hot Blood Hardcore powder with 2x200 ml of cold water daily.

The drink is slightly carbonated, so open the cap every 5 seconds when shaking to avoid accidents.

Consume one serving 30 minutes before training and one during training.
