What makes plant-based protein good?

If you are a committed vegetarian or vegan, or for some other reason (such as an intolerance) you prefer not to consume animal proteins, you will have to look into your options for plant-based protein sources. These, however, do not have a full amino acid profile as even if they contain all the essential amino acids, their relative ratio does not match human needs, as opposed to animal protein sources. Kasutamisjuhend

Take one serving per day (33 grams, 3/4 scoop) mixed into 300ml of water.

On your training days, use after your workout; on your rest days, consume in the afternoon.
